Request deletion of your HomeCrew account and data

How to request account deletion

1. Open the HomeCrew app, go to Profile, then choose Delete account.
2. Select Raise deletion request and submit the support request from the phone number used for your HomeCrew account.
3. If you cannot access the app, email support@homecrewcompany.com with the subject Account deletion request. Include your registered phone number and whether the account is a customer or partner account.

HomeCrew will verify the request before deletion to prevent accidental or fraudulent account removal.

Data we delete

• Account profile details that are not legally required.
• Saved customer addresses and service instructions.
• Device notification tokens and app-session records.
• Marketing/referral preferences linked only to the account.
• Partner onboarding drafts that are not required for payment, safety, tax, or dispute records.

Data we may keep temporarily

• Booking, payment, wallet, refund, payout, invoice, tax, fraud, chargeback, and audit records where required for legal, accounting, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes.
• Support tickets and incident records required to complete an open request or investigate abuse, fraud, payment, or safety issues.
• Records required by payment providers, tax rules, marketplace safety obligations, or applicable law.

Retention period

Deletion requests are normally reviewed within 7 working days and completed within 30 days after successful verification, unless an open booking, payment, refund, payout, dispute, fraud review, or legal requirement prevents immediate deletion.

Records that must be retained for tax, accounting, payment, chargeback, fraud-prevention, safety, or legal reasons may be kept for the legally required period, up to 8 years where applicable. Where possible, retained operational records are restricted and separated from active user profile use.
